We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a central location and were extremely impressed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing and peaceful environment. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including room service, laundry service, and tours/ticket assistance, making our stay even more convenient.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions, such as the castle and gardens.

Its location was marvellous and perfect, adjacent to all major tourist attractions, and the surrounding gardens and the Oyama-Jing shrine.

The staff were fairly friendly and outstandingly friendly, they told us about cafés and eateries which were located walking distance to the hotel. The twin room was tastefully decorated, included hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets.

The amenities and services were excellent, especially for the price. The staff was outstanding, helping with sightseeing and restaurant reservations. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Kanazawa Excel Hotel. The Tokyu Hotel provided great value for money and had extremely professional and helpful staff. Everyone we spoke to spoke English, which made communication easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern and clean decor. The hotel's location was convenient, with the subway directly below and an easy walk to the Castle and castle grounds. There were also many shops and malls in the vicinity, including a Starbucks downstairs and other coffee shops just a five-minute walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful gardens, samurai house, and local restaurants. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of both Western and Japanese options, catering to all dietary needs. The concierge was extremely helpful and dedicated, providing us with excellent recommendations and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for its lovely accommodations, great location, and excellent breakfast.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The food was a standout feature – absolutely divine! And the clean and spacious rooms were an added bonus. The hotel is conveniently located near several tourist attractions, making sightseeing effortless. the staff were friendly and attentive, making for an overall warm and cozy atmosphere.

Sadly, the WiFi was a disappointment. The connection was spotty and unreliable at times, which was quite frustrating when trying to stay connected with family over the festive period.

It is possible to visit all the major cultural landmarks on foot, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. , the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with good-sized bathrooms. Ice and a fridge are available in the rooms, and a safe is provided for guests.

The hotel lacks safes in the rooms, which is disappointing for guests who want to keep their valuables secure.

Conveniently located near historical sites, the Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel offers clean rooms, albeit on the smaller side. The breakfast selection is extensive and a good value for money. While dinner prices in the hotel are high, there are plenty of nearby eateries to choose from. I would recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I made a great choice. The hotel staff welcomed me warmly and were always available to help me with anything I needed. They even let me drop off my bags early, which was a huge relief. The location is top-notch – I was able to walk to all the main sights of this city, including the castle and the Kenrouken gardens. Plus, there are great bars just behind the hotel for a fun night out. The cleanliness was impressive too, I could easily tell that they take sanitization protocols seriously. I was also impressed by the room size, it was incredibly spacious!
